LeadPrysm (the "Service") is operated by AUREOVOLUS - UNIPESSOAL LDA, a Sociedade Unipessoal por Quotas incorporated in Portugal, NIPC 519414772("we", "us"). Contact: rohovets.taras@orbitra.digital.
LeadPrysm is a business-intelligence tool that tracks recently funded AI startups and provides company information, funding data, and professional contact details, together with filtering, export, and email-drafting features. The Service is intended for business use (B2B prospecting and market research).
You must provide accurate information when creating an account (directly or via Google Sign-In) and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You agree not to:
Our data is compiled from public sources and enriched automatically, partly using AI. We work to keep it current and accurate, but it is provided "as is" — we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for how you use the data, including compliance with data-protection and marketing laws in your jurisdiction.
The Service, its software, design, and database structure are owned by us or our licensors. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service and export data for your internal business purposes.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Portuguese law (including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence). Subject to that, our total liability arising from the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business opportunities.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Portugal; if you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rules and the courts of your residence remain available to you.
In case of a consumer dispute, you may resort to alternative dispute resolution (RAL) entities — the list of authorised entities is available at www.consumidor.gov.pt. Complaints may also be filed through the Portuguese electronic complaints book at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
