Funding details
RevRag AI announced a $2.5 million seed funding round on 14 October 2026. The investment was led by Accion Ventures and Cedar Hill Capital, with participation from Wyser and Venture Catalysts.
The startup previously raised a $600,000 pre-seed round in 2024 from Powerhouse Ventures and angel investors, including CRED founder Kunal Shah and Viral Bajaria of 6Sense.
Embedded AI for financial services
Founded by Ashutosh Prakash Singh, Neeraj Gupta, and Pankaj Gupta, the Bengaluru-based company builds multilingual AI agents that operate inside mobile and web applications for banks, lenders, fintechs, and insurance providers.
The agents function as digital relationship managers to guide users through onboarding, sales, and support journeys within the app. For example, during customer onboarding, the embedded AI can assist users through Know Your Customer verification, document uploads, and account activation without sending them to separate channels.
The company said its solutions help financial institutions lower servicing costs by up to 70% while reducing customer drop-offs and boosting digital adoption.
Market traction and expansion plans
RevRag AI works with more than 45 financial institutions. Its clients include PhonePe, Bajaj Finance, Motilal Oswal, IIFL, Aditya Birla Capital, Aditya Birla Money, DCB Bank, Jar, Moneyview, Razorpay, Kissht, and Easebuzz.
The company plans to use the new capital to accelerate product development, expand enterprise deployments, and support its planned entry into the United States market.
